Charming Grounds, Room for Improvement
The spacious room offered a lovely view of the open fields. Staff were friendly and resolved issues quickly, like the key card mishap. Breakfast provided a nice buffet selection. Future guests should be prepared for a bit of a trek to the main amenities, especially if mobility is a concern.

Arriving at the hotel was a real letdown. The room didn't resemble the pictures at all, and it was freezing! The heating was on some weird timer, plus there were used earplugs under the bed. Just gross.

beautiful reception hall. fresh fruit was available for free
Rooms were modernized, but look very old; sloppy work. Bathtub's way too small. Breakfast was only served from 7.30 am - too late for a Business Stay

My friend and I only stayed one night. The hotel staff on reception were very efficient and friendly. The rooms were fantastic. We had a meal, with the Scout Assocation, in the evening. The meal was good.

Great Business Stay at Cranage Estate
I had the pleasure of staying at the Cranage Estate for a recent business trip chosen by our director, and I must say it was a good experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day of meetings. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, and I particularly enjoyed the view of the countryside from my window – a lovely way to start the day. having access to the pool at no extra cost was a fantastic perk; it allowed me to relax and recharge.
Minor checkout interaction.

We enjoyed the excellent food and the staff we were in contact with around the hotel were very pleasant and helpful.
There is nowhere to answer in question 3 the fact that we were travelling as mother and daughter. ( This is not a complaint, just an observation ).

We had a wonderful stay at De Vere Cranage Estate with our 19-month-old baby. Rachal at the reception was welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in. The location is stunning, and while it was busy due to a wedding, our room was comfortable and clean. The pool amenities were enjoyable, though the temperature could have been warmer for the little one. Breakfast offered great choices, especially the fresh fried eggs. a lovely family getaway!
